Micah, Hakeem and I are part of the On Deck No Code Fellowship. When we first got accepted into the Fellowship, it was a struggle to decide whether to accept. On the one hand, there was a lot of hype, and @thisiskp_ (Program Lead) is an amazing guy, but there is a cost of both time and money. In the end, we took the plunge, and it was well worth it. But we wanted to build a solution for the future, so here it is. It's a free tool, to find current and past Fellows who are open to a 1:1 to help guide you through the decision of whether to join On Deck. We are not affiliated in any official capacity with On Deck, so any feedback and guidance you get is unbiased. On Deck embodies a culture of community and paying it forward - this is a way for Fellows to provide something valuable to the community at large. And we encourage you to take this on board as well - if a Fellow gives you generously of their time, look for a way to return that favour, by following and amplifying their socials, or by using their product. Sober October Challenge

When I was on the fence applying for ODNC1, I found someone on Twitter that had also applied and asked them why they applied and what they were hoping to get out of it. When their answer aligned with mine, it helped me take the plunge and go ahead and apply. I'm so thankful I had that conversation because ODNC1 has been a defining moment in my maker journey and its the best community I've been apart of. This product seems to streamline that whole process and doesn't leave it up to chance. Love it. Would be happy to chat with people on the fence about ODNC1! Nice work Chez, Micah and Hakeem!

It's not a trivial decision to join a fellowship. It takes serious time and money. I am very happy with being an ODNC-1 fellow but if this platform was around at the time of my decision, I'm sure it'd be much easier for me to make the decision. Great service for everyone interested and maybe mostly for On Deck : )
