Thanks for the Hunt Chris! People are flying less and road-tripping more often which provides us the right moment to introduce our iPhone app to the market. Our mission at HearHere is to present the stories that are not being told and to always start at the beginning. We want to make road trips memorable, more interesting and exciting. We’ve released v1 of the app that essentially is on rails - as you drive around, you're hearing stories about the places that you're driving through. We’ve decided to focus primarily on California and the West Coast to start with plans to cover the rest of the US by Summer 2021. Really love the look of this. Are there any plans to expand the project outside of the US to Europe perhaps? Would love listening along, on a drive through Switzerland :)

A great idea, I've been looking for an app that can generate day trips and scenic drives. If there were a way for this to generate a route between places like a tour this would be perfect.

Thanks Ethan, I agree! Curating specific drives is on the roadmap and something that would be helpful. I’ll be curious to hear what you think of a day trip with the app now as it is more of a “choose your own adventure” model.

Love this concept! I just drove out to Cape Cod from SF and would have loved to have something like this along the way -- although it looks like coverage in the middle of the country is a bit spotty still. Hoping to test it out on my route back next month :)

Awesome idea, reminds me of an app I bought in Hawaii for the road to Hana. it was a great add to the drive and super popular for tourists there
