We're building Followo, an AI CRM that turns voice notes into leads, tasks and follow-ups automatically.
One thing we noticed is that many salespeople, consultants and founders still rely on scattered notes, reminders or spreadsheets after meetings.
I'm curious:
How do you currently capture leads and follow-up actions after sales calls, meetings or networking events?
Mailwarm
Can you review and approve changes before it updates the CRM and sends anything?
@karimbenkeroum Hi Karim, yes! Followo is built with a human-in-the-loop approach. Before anything important happens, you can review what Followo captured, edit the details, and approve the action.
CRM updates can be reviewed before saving, and anything external requires explicit confirmation. We don’t want AI silently changing your CRM or sending something without you being in control. The goal is to save time, not remove control.
As someone doing a lot of sales outreach, the friction of updating the CRM after every call is real. I really love the voice-first approach.
@benjouss Thanks, really appreciate that. Our goal with Followo is to make CRM updates as simple, practical and fast as possible. Instead of spending time filling forms after every call, you just speak naturally and Followo does the heavy lifting.
What's interesting is that Followo doesn't just update the CRM. It also understands intent and suggests next actions. For example, if you mention that a proposal should be sent by the end of next week, Followo can suggest creating a "Send Proposal" task with the appropriate due date, scheduling a follow-up, or even adding a calendar reminder. You can see that in video.
The key part is that nothing happens automatically without your approval. Followo suggests the action, and you simply confirm whether you'd like to add it.
Thanks again for the feedback!
