What do you think? …

Sathi Banerjee
Hey Hunters 👋 Are you ever confused about what to build next? We were too. Feedback lived in one tool, roadmaps in another, changelog and docs somewhere else and important context kept getting lost. That led us to build FeatureOS as a connected product workspace: feedback boards, roadmaps, changelog, a knowledge base, and smart forms, all designed to close the loop. We’ve now made this accessible on mobile for team members, so product teams can stay aligned even when they’re not at their desks. Curious to hear from you: how do you currently decide what to build next, and where does your feedback usually get stuck?

Cool idea! What input context does the app use for the prioritization matrix?

Sathi Banerjee

@daniele_packard The prioritization matrix in FeatureOS is driven by the feedback your users submit. For each feedback item, you assign a Value score and an Effort score.

Based on these two inputs, FeatureOS automatically places the feedback into the appropriate quadrant:

  • Quick Wins (high value, low effort)

  • Big Projects (high value, high effort)

  • Fill-ins (low value, low effort)

  • Time Sinks (low value, high effort)

This helps you visually prioritize feedback and decide what to work on first, without any manual sorting.
