Congrats for the launch! It wasn't clear from the beginning what was impersonation for me. Maybe you should simplify the wording and focus on the pain point you're solving ;)

That's a fair point! Impersonation means login on behalf of your customers. An engineer or customer support rep would have to do that only when they are not able to reproduce an issue they are having. It's a process that is prone to mistakes and that can sometimes unnecessarily disclose personally identifiable information. ePersonate makes sure that no mistakes are done, that user information is kept safe and that any actions taken during the process of impersonation are tracked. @sebastian_diaz_carballeda Thanks! It's very niche but I believe that every growing startups will experience this problem one day. It's really hard to implement a solution that works in house so I believe that ePersonate solves a real problem!
