@ksubedi @barun_sharma Hey Barun, setting up a scenario is a no-code process using blocks that perform specific tasks. We leave it up to the user to design their own scenarios. For example, a scenario where a caller asks to be transferred can be handled using a Transfer block which transfers the call to a human representative instantly. We also allow the user to navigate super complex conversation flows by providing task blocks that can ask questions, send texts, send emails based on user-defined scenarios.
