Hey everyone!
Brandon here, founder of DailyHelm.
What is DailyHelm
DailyHelm is an agentic AI business reviewer for online businesses. It turns scattered analytics, ads, SEO, and store data into a prioritized daily action list.
Most founders waste time checking multiple dashboards and still miss revenue leaks. DailyHelm reviews your business overnight and tells you what needs attention today, ranked by revenue impact.
How it Works
Step 1: Tell us about your business - A short setup covering what you sell, who buys it, and what success looks like. This anchors every recommendation.
Step 2: Connect your platforms - Link GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Shopify, GitHub, GCP billing, and your site; DailyHelm opens the approval page for you to confirm each connection with one click.
Step 3: Get a daily AI business review - Wake up to a prioritized punch list every morning, and chat with agent Aria anytime to dig deeper.

@bdennis11907 Many congratulations on the launch, Brandon! :)
How I met the maker?
I met the maker through a PH friend of mine. The moment I saw the product and Brandon’s past experience, I knew I had to support the product launch. We worked together on the product messaging and making it launch ready.
What does the product do?
DailyHelm is an AI business reviewer for founders and growth teams. It monitors analytics, ads, SEO, and store data overnight, then turns scattered signals into a prioritized daily action list... complete with evidence, confidence, recommended fixes, and likely revenue impact.
Why I endorse it?
I endorse DailyHelm because it solves a real, expensive problem: founders often have plenty of dashboards but not enough clarity on what to fix first.
Instead of asking teams to interpret charts, it surfaces revenue leaks, such as broken tracking, wasted ad spend, SEO regressions, or checkout issues, and tells them what deserves attention today.
I am a growth consultant to many startups. While the growth teams focus too much on the marketing tactics, they miss learning from analytics and fixing critical issues on time.
Brandon has built this with a clear operator-first mindset: actionable recommendations over vanity metrics, prioritization by impact, and specialist agents that make the daily review feel genuinely useful rather than noisy.
If you run a DTC brand, SaaS, agency, or a lean online business, this is worth trying, especially if you want to start each morning knowing exactly where to focus. :)
@bdennis11907 @rohanrecommends congrats, you guys are really solving a problem and if it works like this claim (It monitors your analytics, ads, SEO, and store overnight - then tells you what to fix today, ranked by revenue impact) then its worth exploring.
I will check it out for sure.
@bdennis11907 this looks useful for tracking broken conversions and wasted ad spend what's the setup time like for the integrations?
@bdennis11907 Congratulations on the launch! as a founder, i'm guilty of having a bunch of dashboards and google sheets. looking forward to explore how to consolidate all our analytics.
Hey! Congratulations on the launch.
One question - Does this replace my Google Analytics dashboard or do I still need to check that separately?
@charan_tej_kammara Thanks for your support and your question! It's not meant to replace GA4 outright, it's meant to save you from having to check it constantly. Iris reads your GA4 data and tells you what actually matters instead of you scrolling through reports looking for something worth acting on. If you want to dig into raw numbers yourself, GA4 is still there.
If I have two different stores, do I need two separate accounts or can I manage both from one login?
@jitendra_bhatt Thanks for your question! Sure, one login, two businesses. You can add a second business under the same account and switch between them from the sidebar. Each business has its own connections, findings, and its own subscription, since it's genuinely separate billing (we charge the card already on file, so you don't have to re-enter payment info for the second one).
Does adding a second business cost extra on top of my current plan?
@saksham_dhanawat1 Thank you! Yes, a second business is its own subscription at full price, not an add-on discount. It uses the card you already have on file, so there's no new checkout to go through, but it is billed as its own plan.
If my Stripe account has multiple products, does it break out revenue by product or just show a total?
@yuriy_zaremba Penny (the cost/revenue specialist) works from your overall Stripe data and can be asked about specific products or trends directly through chat. The dashboard leans toward the big picture; product level detail is something you can ask Aria for directly. Glad to hear your feedback once you try it out!
I run ads on both Google and Facebook, does this only track Google spend right now?
@chris_cutinha Thanks, Chris! For your own ad spend analysis, Google Ads is the connector available today. Facebook/Meta ad spend isn't a connector yet, so that side wouldn't show up in your own dashboard data.
Hey! Congratulations on your launch, it's looking hella fine. Though, just got a question, why does the dashboard show a different number than what I'm seeing in my actual GitHub repo?
@matheus_paranhos1 Thanks for checking us out! That's almost always a sync timing gap rather than wrong data. Ada pulls commits and PR activity on a schedule rather than instantly on every push, so there can be a short lag between something happening in GitHub and it showing up here.
@bdennis11907 Oh alright then!! Man, incredible product, kudos to you! Going places 🫵🚀
