Well, we started with Intercom and it went well, but when the Early stage ended up the price bumped up over $800 for our current needs. I think the product itself is good, but not the price. So we took the time to do some research and found Crisp Chat. It has almost everything that we used in Intercom expect things like the way to attach the link into the text in Predefined Replies. Or inserting the image in the predefined reply. In general, I'm satisfied with what Crisp offer for the Unlimited Plan usage. I wish they could improve more Analytics dashboard and the way to estimate the performance of operators. Thanks, Tony, co - founder PageFly.io app.

Their terms gives you zero protection in case you arent satisfied with them. I advise you to find a chat service that cares about YOU as a customer

After the trial, the customer is offered via email to continue with the paid version or with the free version (we have a free tier). As explained previously with our support, In your case you continued with the paid version, so you got charged. As mentioned in our terms and services, as we already offer a free trial, we don’t offer refunds on paid plans. This comment is following a strategy to give bad reviews to get a refund. I've tried several chat tools but Crisp is, without a doubt, one of the best! I use it on a Wordpress website and it works smoothly! Definitely recommend :)
Trying it out, I thought I was going to love the product. While setting it up, I realized that their settings are very invasive and not explicitly clear as to what they are doing. Their service will hijack your site's email and text service(s) if you use those. They do not communicate what they are doing or what to expect when they walk you through a set up process.
