Curious what the biggest architectural shift was to make Hugo “agent-native” rather than just another chatbot, especially around autonomy, guardrails, and knowing when to hand off to a human without hurting CX? Rebuilding from scratch 10 years after Crisp is a bold move :)

@alexd @malekmoumtaz Previous workflow based system was a limitation. If you want to really have a good AI agent, it needs to really be AI-based and use machine learning to make decisions.
Step 1: Rebuilding the previous workflow engine (golang) to a new tech (typescriot)
Step 2: Building a new infrastructure based on that (different services, queues) -> especially to make it fast, and updatable
Step 3: Building Hugo on the top of previous (recoded) system, and training new AI models so crucial steps are well optimized
Step 4: UI, for this, we've rebuilt Crisp Widget and Crisp App to be more modular, and so Hugo can reuse components, comunicate with our existing system (dedicated endpoints, APIs, etc)
