Took this from my response to someone on this product page: "this is NOWHERE near ifttt/zapier. Those have super limited stripped down scenarios and they're limited to just doing 1 action on one service to 1 action on another service. This is a full blown API workflow automation tool with unlimited potential. There's a HUGE chasm in this market and always has been. IFTTT created cloud ETL for the consumer but there wasn't and hasn't been until now something for the more tech savvy people that aren't programmers. Their open system allows you to connect to any saas provider with an API (ie all of them!!) using clicks not code. The only thing I'm shocked about is that this hasn't been acquired already. With all the high end bells and whistles they have sitting around here, its clear that they've done this for a real enterprise before in previous jobs/internships."
I had used some automation software in the past, such as IFTT, Tasker, automate.io, but none of them really did enough for me. They always seemed lacking and I couldn't do specifically what I wanted.
Integromat is easy to use, without being simplistic or less powerful for it, very much the opposite. It allowed me to build whatever I wanted, integrating with any third-party API and giving me much more control over the data being processed.
I use automation/integration mainly for myself, but automating invoice generation, calculating productivity based on Harvest hours and tasks, setting reminders via Telegram bots, and many other things were quick to implement and easy to debug when needed through their own developer tool extension.
It's the most powerful no-code integration experience I've ever used, and I don't see this changing anytime soon. Definitely sticking to it!
Integromat has replaced Zapier and to a large extent IFTTT to me. Once you get a hang of it, it's way more intuitive than the other automating apps and cheaper too. As an European I appreciate that they follow GDPR.
