What's great

I really like how Engini simplifies the integration and automation between our MES and ERP systems, especially with its no code or almost no code approach. It's great that it has most of the connections already pre-defined, like Priority ERP, which helps us because it provides a bank of all the API endpoints to Priority as UI screens, making it easier to handle. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially with the support of their team.

What needs improvement

better documentation (1)

I would have liked it if it was more robust. Or have more validations and confirmations. We have a workflow that deals with packout and serial numbers. It's very heavy but doesn't deal with validations or confirmations. If, for some reason, the connection dropped and a day later, it came back on again - it won't check if the reports have already been made, and it can cause duplications, which will lead to unnecessary billings for our clients.
