Cotera launched the ability to self-serve -- sign up on your own, build your own agents, connect tools and go. - build agents via chat - hundreds of tools - transparency & control
I'm excited today to announce that we're launching Cotera's public beta - the world's easiest way to put AI agents into production.
Most AI agent platforms force teams to choose: either deal with complex frameworks that require months of engineering work, or use simple no-code tools that give you zero visibility and control.
Cotera eliminates this trade-off.
Our team has spent the last few months building a platform where you build agents through conversation—no frameworks, no code—while maintaining the control and transparency needed for production deployments.
The key insight: Building agents should be simple. Deploying them shouldn't require blind faith.
Cotera gives teams access to thousands of integrations and hundreds of pre-built tools, with granular budget controls and real-time monitoring built in. Set spending caps at the agent or task level. Monitor every action. Deploy with confidence.
Teams are already using Cotera to automate customer support, generate marketing assets, automate sales follow ups, and build production workflows that previously required dedicated engineering resources.
In a world where every company will run AI agents in production, Cotera is making it possible to build them without becoming an infrastructure company first.
We'd really appreciate your feedback: on the site, on this post, but most of all on our product. Our goal is to make building agents with Cotera the easiest and fastest experience possible, while simultaneously giving you the most power and transparency around your agent & their activities.
We're so grateful for the response to our agent builder launch. A lot of folks have been asking about the best practices for prompting agents (vs. just chatting with AI), so we put together a free course on exactly that: cotera.co/learn
It walks through the fundamentals—how to structure prompts, add context, handle conditional logic, connect tools, etc. Basically everything we've learned that's important for building agents that actually do stuff at scale.
There's a quick mobile preview if you want to get the gist, or you can dive into the full ~1 hour course on desktop. Either way, it's completely free and we'd love any feedback. We're just trying to help more people build cool things with AI :)

I love the UX/UI on top of prompts so you can clearly see the documents you're referencing, the example outputs, and just more than a wall of text. Excited to try this out!
Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉 Curious do you already have plans for your user documentation or onboarding flow? Clear guides often reduce support tickets and help users get value faster. I write documentation for tech products, so if you ever need help shaping that, happy to connect!
