@desmond_ren1 Thanks for the great question! If an expert cancels last minute, users will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We’re also working on building a feature to suggest alternative experts based on the topic—coming soon!

@eljo_prifti Thanks! We started CoffeeHub because there was no service like this in Japan. Japan is gaining attention as a startup destination, and many international founders are coming here to build their businesses.
However, many struggle with networking and end up returning to their home countries.
We hope to support them by making it easier to connect with the right people. That’s why the default language is Japanese for now—but we’re working on making it more global!
