Hey PH community- Thanks for engaging with our launch! Callbird humanizes the sales process for companies, while competitors are automating theirs. Especially in enterprise sales, this face to face early sales cycle interaction is the competitive differentiation that will accelerate the sales process from the start! That said, we have already seen a number of use cases outside of sales - for founders, support teams offering live support in their applications, and service industries as well. @molisha_shah We certainly think so. In the past few years online sales have actually slowed down due to all the amazing meeting scheduling software out there. It's so convenient, but in some cases it makes much more sense to just meet right then and there instead of booking for the future! Sales is all about timing, and this gives people the ability to strike while the interest is at it's highest.

@alex_chepovoi Exactly! If you're set to available but miss the call it still allows the caller to book a meeting in the future. Your availability is based on your settings though, so it's easy to set as Away to avoid missed calls. Callbird is also meant for teams, so if multiple people in a company are on Callbird they can round robin incoming calls.
