Once, I was like you. I didn't know how to make those speech bubble quote tweet meme images. Well, I mean, I could open up GIMP or Photoshop and spend several minutes on one... but who has time for that? That's why Claude Sonn--uhhh, I mean, I--made bubblequote.com. It has one purpose: giving you the easiest way to put those top-half-of-the-speech-bubble things on top of whatever image you want, with the flexibility to resize them or move the tail around to point to the speaking character's mouth.
