Analyzing thousands of scoring models, we realized very often they were designed based on what our customers thought was their buyer persona... even tho' often data told us a different story. We wanted to make it simple for everyone to build a truly data-driven scoring model... while leaving the flexibility of understanding how ML is thinking and adding a human touch wherever it's needed.
