Hi @hty64, interesting idea! Can you share more about how this works? Do you need to send a photo of your medical bill or does the billing expert ask you for specific information? I assume they also need to know the details of your medical insurance. Medical bills can be intimidating and confounding, so I can see the merits of this idea. Thanks for sharing!

@laurel_marcus Hi Laurel, thanks for your comment! You simply need to text whatever question you have to the number provided, and we have a certified medical biller on the other end who will answer them. If the biller decides that s/he needs to see the bill in order to give a more accurate response, then s/he will ask for a photo of the bill which you can also send via text. There are instances when patients have questions about prices that are specific to their insurance coverage, but there are also many questions that also may be quite basic and straightforward (i.e. "What does this phrase mean?" "Which number is the actual payment I have to make?) or not related to any specific coverage (i.e. "Who do I need to ask for ___?" "What do I need to know when asking for financing options?").
