Back when hey.com launched on ProductHunt, I figured that it'd be cool to have bobby@hey.com as my email address, but I ended up buying a domain name to use for my email address instead. I got what I wanted, but there was a lot of extra room and I figured that somebody else might also appreciate a custom email address, so I built at.market to share custom email addresses with the world.

So, here's a weird thing. During sign up the registration page froze so I backed out. By then I had already received an email about thanking me for signing up, so I closed that registration page. Now when I want to do a password reset, the system says the account doesn't exist but I've sent an email to the address and it works fine. So bottom line: you can register email addresses without an account by halfway through just stopping the registration process. Seems a gaping security hole.
