What do you think? …

Pavel Kucherbaev

Hi ProductHunt!

There is no shortage of scheduling tools: @Calendly , @Cal.com , @TidyCal , etc. They are great and functional. I had a dream of creating a scheduling page, seeing which people would say: "Wow! This is really beautiful, I want one for me!". This is where TimeTuna is if @Calendly was as beautiful as @WeTransfer . People say that now about @TimeTuna.com . I am glad.

You get for free:
- One of the most beautiful scheduling pages out there
- Custom photo / video backgrounds
- Sync with all calendars you have write access to (Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook)
- Automatically added Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link depending on the host calendar
- Email confirmations and 1 day reminders

For 10 EUR / month or 60 EUR / year:
- Removing TimeTuna branding and adding a custom logo
- Customisation of the fields to fill before the booking
- Customisation of confirmation messages
- Sync with read-only calendars

See the roadmap on the website for the rest: https://timetuna.com

Peace. Love. Gorgeous scheduling.

- Pavel

P.S. Bookva.ai has rebranded into TimeTuna.com. Why? Many people thought Bookva is a poor name for a scheduling service, one person said it sounds like a middle-eastern dish ("one kebab for me and one bookva for my friend, not spicy please"). The catch? Many people believe TimeTuna is a poor name too. Don't ask @pavelk2 for a naming advice.

Thank you very much, @neelptl2602 !

Great to hear @neelptl2602 !!

Pavel Tseluyko

Great accompaniment for apple's glass effect. 👍🏻
I think it's a great trend to be design-focused. Was it hard to develop the scheduling engine? These guys like Calendly, Calcom, etc, have huge teams to make it.

Pavel Kucherbaev

Hey Pavel, @pasha_tseluyko !

Thanks for reaching out! The fun fact about the glass effect is that it is not inspired by apple's glass. I did some prototypes with Lovable in the end of May with that effect, and in the beginning of June Apple released its glass-design style :) I find it a cute coincidence.

I would say the scheduling engine was not hard to implement. The functionality is relatively basic, as most of the things are done by Google Calendar. I had some challenges processing various time-zones, working with multiple calendars, and especially making it work with Microsoft Outlook Calendar in the same codebase. Otherwise I would say the back-end is relatively straightforward!

Anton Loss

Looks amazing! Great design and execution!

Does this work for booking an appointments in general?

Or is this geared towards one-on-one meetings?

Pavel Kucherbaev

@avloss thank you!
The primary focus is 1-1.
Some people use it for more than 1-1, such as they book a meeting room, rather than a person.
We aim to expand from 1-1, to multiple host meetings, and still learning how to make group meetings better. There are a lot of tools for group scheduling, but people are still unhappy about them, so I am happy to find a better solution. If you have ideas - please book time with me to discuss it together: https://timetuna.com/pavel.

@TimeTuna.com Love the emphasis on aesthetics and design. scheduling shouldn't be boring! One question for growth: what's your strategy to get enterprises to switch from Calendly when integrations and API access are so critical for them? Also curious about your pricing model compared to the incumbents

Pavel Kucherbaev

@imraju
Hey Raju,

Thanks for your curiosity.
Rather than focusing immediately on big corporations, we decided to go after smaller niche companies (e.g. casting agencies, VC funds) who do a lot of scheduling, and currently we aim to be the best solution for them. When we achieve that we will start thinking how to go after big companies (especially recruitment and sales), but this is not a priority for now.

Sergey Vysotsky

Love what you're doing @pavelk2 . Such a stylish, light design. The big players definitely lack this.

Pavel Kucherbaev

Thank you, @sergey_vysotsky for the continuous support! I learnt a lot from you and Artem :)

Jay S. Hemmady

I've been using this for a few months and really like it. Pavel promptly responded when I ran into issues early on. His UI/UX is better, I really like is that people who want to book time see week days and available daily time slots on the initial display. Most others start with a monthly calendar which adds an unnecessary click.

Pavel Kucherbaev

@jayhemmady thank you so much, Jay!
