Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Rayhan, the founder of Crulon.
Crulon is the AI-first business phone system. An AI agent answers your line, does the work in your tools, and hands the call to your team, with a note, when a person should take it.
Why we built the phone system, not just the bot: most AI receptionists sit on someone else's phone line, so when a caller needs a person the call is forwarded and the context is gone. In Crulon, the handoff and the take-over happen on the same call:
🔁 Handoff with a note. When it isn't the AI's job, it asks the caller, then rings the right person in the browser or on a desk phone, with a note on why they're calling.
🎧 Listen and take over. Anyone with permission can listen to a live AI call (no one hears them) and step in. Same call, no hold, no transfer.
📞 Outbound campaigns. The AI calls your customers for confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, and hands off to your team when someone wants a person.
🔌 Works with what you have. Your tools through Actions, and SIP desk phones.
📱 Numbers included. Every seat comes with a US or Canadian phone number, and your team's own calls and texts are included (fair use applies).
☎️ Or bring your own carrier. On Scale, connect the SIP trunk you already pay for: your numbers stay with your carrier, with no porting, and ring in Crulon.
You can talk to the agent in your browser on crulon.ai, no sign-up.

I started building Crulon alone in June 2025, and a small team of developers and QA has joined since. Several businesses have been taking real calls on it during early access. We'd love your honest feedback, especially on where the handoff or the take-over would break for your team.
