Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Nikki, co-founder of Ange. We built Ange because we wanted an AI companion that felt less like talking to a chatbot and more like talking to someone who actually knows you. Ange remembers the people, situations, and stories you tell her, so every conversation doesn’t start from scratch. But memory was only part of it. We wanted her to have a personality. Ange has a little New Yorker attitude. 😂 She’ll listen without judging you, but she isn’t programmed to just nod along and tell you everything you do is wonderful. If she thinks you’re looking at something the wrong way, she’ll tell you. She’ll ask questions, give you another perspective, make you laugh, and occasionally give you the kind of reality check a good friend would. She’s available in 27 languages and she’s there whenever you need someone to talk to — whether something serious is going on or you just need to tell somebody the ridiculous thing that happened at work.
