Regarding proctoring, that's something we've spent a lot of time refining. Our goal isn't to over-police candidates—it's to maintain assessment integrity while keeping the experience fair and candidate-friendly. How do the proctored tests actually catch cheating in practice, like if someone switches tabs or has a friend nearby? Curious how strict it really is before we rely on it for shortlisting.

Talenser monitors signals like tab switching, face presence, multiple-person detection, and other suspicious behaviors during proctored assessments. Instead of penalizing every minor action, we look for meaningful patterns that could impact the credibility of the assessment. It's designed to help companies shortlist with greater confidence while keeping the experience fair for genuine candidates. We're continuously refining the system based on real-world usage and feedback.

For organizations with their own hiring process, For teams with their own process, we also offer managed/custom screening — you share your role requirements and criteria, and we run the assessment for you.
The AI voice interview piece is genuinely interesting, way more useful than another take-home test. Skimmed a couple verified profiles and the skill scores made shortlisting feel way less arbitrary.
