Running the same resume through both was eye-opening. Neither is "right," but seeing both extremes helps you find where your real voice should land. Then it got fun. What if Shakespeare wrote your resume? ("Alas, poor career! I knew it well.") What about a pirate? ("Plundered $2M in new revenue from competitor waters.") Gen Z? ("No cap, I fr scaled this pipeline. Ate and left no crumbs.") But I also wanted it to be genuinely useful. So I built strategic filters: an ATS Optimizer that asks about your target role and rewrites with keywords that pass applicant tracking systems. A Job Tailored filter that takes any job description and mirrors the language. Executive Polish for C-suite tone. Career Gap for people returning to work after a break. First Job for new graduates with thin experience. The pattern I didn't expect: most people try a vibe filter first (usually Gen Z or Male Energy), laugh, screenshot it for their group chat, then come back and use a strategic filter for the resume they actually submit.
