I built this because every time I asked Claude to help plan a trip, the result was a wall of text I'd have to manually copy into a document. I wanted AI that could actually *save* plans to a real app I could share with my family.
aitrips.io connects to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI. You talk naturally, "plan me a week in Tokyo", and it creates the trip, adds activities, plots locations on a map, and organises everything into a day-by-day itinerary.
It also works as a standalone trip planner if you don't use AI at all.
