Hi everyone 👋 I’m Irosha, co-founder of Marketrix. One thing we kept noticing across SaaS products was that users often get stuck inside the product itself. They open support tickets not because the product is broken, but because they can’t find where something is or how to complete a flow. Support teams end up answering the same questions again and again. Screenshots, help articles, and support calls become the default way to guide users. We started wondering… what if the product itself could guide the user? Marketrix runs simulations inside a product to understand how users move through the interface. From that understanding, it can guide users step by step directly inside the product, showing them exactly where to go and what to do. Instead of opening a ticket, the user simply gets guided in the moment.
