Avina is a calm, lightweight companion that lives in your browser and helps you stay grounded while you work — without turning your life into another dashboard. It gently supports mood tracking, private on-device journaling, quick breathing and grounding exercises, Pomodoro/ultradian timers, and distraction awareness with light focus insights. No overwhelm, no data selling — just awareness and clarity. I first built Avina for myself at 16, and now I’m sharing it to learn from real people.

What do you think? …

Srihari Muralikrishnan
Hey everyone 👋 Super excited (and a little nervous 😅) to share Avina with you today. I started building Avina because I kept burning out — switching between too many “productivity” tools that made me feel more managed than supported. I wanted something calm, gentle, and actually helpful while I was working… not another dashboard living outside my workflow. Avina sits quietly in your browser and helps with: distraction awareness (without guilt) mood + reflection short grounding / breathing breaks journaling focus timers + simple insights Nothing clinical. Nothing preachy. Just awareness + gentle guidance. I’d really love your feedback — especially from builders, students, and people who’ve tried dozens of focus/wellness tools. 👉 What I’m most curious about: 1️⃣ What feels useful vs. unnecessary? 2️⃣ Where does friction show up? 3️⃣ What would make you actually keep using something like this after day 5? Thank you for checking it out — and genuinely appreciate every suggestion, critique, or bug report. I’m learning as I go 🙌 — Srihari
