AI infrastructure decisions are complex and time-consuming. Teams spend weeks manually gathering pricing pages, model cards, benchmarks, and documentation—only to have information go stale within months. Lattice changes this. It's an agentic AI lab assistant that automates research synthesis, processing vendor documentation, benchmarks, and pricing data to provide grounded recommendations with full citations back to authoritative sources.
Having worked with many startups and enterprise on their AI projects, one persistent problem I have seen AI teams face is taking high quality decisions for their AI stack which matches their unique needs. The pace of change in AI infrastructure, models, frameworks, and vendors only compounds the problem.
As I am a builder of AI systems, I created Lattice to scratch my own itch as my personal decision making tool, where I can safely capture sensitive customer requirements, run analysis using AI that I can control, converse with my findings, and take high quality decisions, quickly.
This is my first launch on Product Hunt and I am already in love with the community across multiple forums.
