What's great

I've been using Factory AI at work, and it’s been a game-changer for my workflow.

Its biggest strength is definitely how effortlessly it searches and connects dots across multiple projects at the same time. I mostly rely on the Claude models inside it, and the reasoning is top-notch. Instead of guessing, it’s smart enough to ask follow-up questions to clarify intent.

It has completely transformed how I debug. Instead of wasting hours chasing bugs across different codebases, Factory AI pinpoints the issue in seconds. It’s a massive timesaver! 🙌

What needs improvement

Droid CLI installer: I ran into an issue where the CLI installation script defaults to a hardcoded directory. Because my OS username contains a non-ASCII character (a Polish letter), the script failed. I managed to tweak the script to bypass this, but it would be great to have better support for special characters in user paths out of the box!

Also problem with Droid Desktop App, same problem.
