How do you keep designs, specs, and tasks in sync?
A design changes, but the specification still shows an old screenshot. A task gets created, but the explanation behind it stays in another tool.
How do you keep those connections intact in your workflow?
I’m building Zvena, an open-source workspace that brings Design, Docs, and Projects together. You can embed live design frames in specifications and turn actionable items into tasks linked to their source document.
The idea is to make it easier to move from designing a screen to explaining it and implementing it, without repeatedly copying context between applications.
Zvena is available now and currently free to use, with a self-hosting option:

I’d love to understand how you handle this today. Do links and integrations between separate tools work well enough, or is keeping everything up to date still a recurring chore?
