👋 Hey Product Hunt!

I'm the maker of Zinvite.

I built this after watching our SDR team send 3,000+ cold emails a month and book maybe 40 meetings from them. That's 2,960 emails that went nowhere.

I spent a week digging into why.

The answer wasn't the copy. It wasn't the targeting. It was the channel.

Email asks for attention. Calendar invites claim time. Those are fundamentally different asks — and the data shows it: cold email has a <1% meeting rate; calendar invites run at ~22–30%.

The reason: email requires a reply before a meeting can happen. Calendar invites just need one click. That extra step — the reply — is where 95% of potential meetings die.

So I built Zinvite to automate the better channel.

What makes it different from every other outreach tool:

1. No API access required — it drives your real Outlook Web session via browser automation (Playwright). No Microsoft API approval needed.

2. Fully local — your contacts and credentials never leave your machine. No cloud sync. No third-party server access.

3. Completely invisible — recipients see a normal calendar invite from your real account. No Zinvite branding. Nothing to indicate it wasn't hand-sent.

4. Human-paced — each invite is sent at a different, randomized time within your window. Nothing looks automated.

Free tier available from day one — 50 invites, no card. I want you to see meetings land on your calendar before deciding if it's worth paying for.

Happy to answer anything — about the build (Flask + Playwright stack), the business model, the sales strategy, or anything else.

And if you find it useful: an upvote today means the world. This is a solo project and today is the day I'm putting it out there 🙏
