Hey Product Hunt!

A month ago, I wanted an app that opens instantly, stays out of the way, and stores every note as plain text. Nothing fit, so I built Zettel.

Zettel is nothing crazy; it's a digital piece of paper on your phone: type, swipe, done. Each note lands as a .md file in the iOS Files app, which you can use to sync to any of your other devices or applications

I use Zettel daily to quickly get thoughts out of my head, into my favourite App Obsidian.

Zettel is free & open source, and 1MB in size - feel free to try it out if you like!
