I do suspect when scrolling on other social media that a lot or most things are AI generated. At least this is honest with it.

honestly the transparency angle is refreshing and i think the wellness focus could really resonate. one thing i'd suggest is adding a daily time limit setting that gently reminds you when you hit it, kind of like a soft nudge to step away, which would actually back up the digital wellbeing promise right in the app
