Hey everyone 👋 ZenMonkey started from a simple idea: meditation can be quiet, personal, and self-guided. I wanted to build a space where you can just sit, breathe, and practice—without anything extra. At the same time, with Apple Watch, I realized we can go a bit deeper and actually understand what’s happening in our body during each session. So ZenMonkey focuses on three things: • A clean space for uninterrupted, self-guided practice • Apple Watch integration to reflect your body state through heart rate • Long-term insights to help you see how your practice evolves over time It’s not about doing more — it’s about being with yourself.
