I’ve spent years working in recruitment and kept seeing the same problem: recruiters were spending more time managing the hiring process than actually hiring people. Resumes in one place. Calls somewhere else. Interviews somewhere else. Assessments somewhere else. So we started building Yuruka to bring the repetitive parts of hiring into one workflow. We’re launching with AI resume screening, AI calling, assessments and AI interviews—with humans still making the final hiring decisions.
