How often do you open YouTube without realizing it?

I started noticing that I’d open YouTube without even thinking about it. And then I'd waste hours of time going down the YouTube rabbit hole. I tried blockers, but they felt too aggressive and I’d just disable them. I’m curious, would you prefer something that simply tracks how often you open up YouTube? Or would you still want stronger restrictions?
