I'm Zac, and I'm the Maker / guy who answers the angry support emails for YarpBot (https://yarpbot.com) and I'm here AS IS TRADITION to post about our latest feature: @YarpBot Agent.
YarpBot continues to aim to be the Ultimate Twitch Assistant by answering common questions in Twitch Chat using the power of Natural Language Processing and AI. With YarpBot, there's no need to use !commands in chat to get some piece of information; just ask a question like a human would and YarpBot will identify the intent behind a query, look up the response the Channel Owner has customized, and respond without a human having to do anything!
For a while now, we've been looking at ways to cover ALL the usecases not covered by our base offerings; for when people are @ing YarpBot and it just doesn't have the answer. At the same time, we didn't just want to strap a LLM call to it and cash the hypothetical (cuz we ARE on Product Hunt after all) check. Instead we've worked to build a good feeling flow to things, build an agent that makes sense in the ecosystem, give it tools to know Twitch, and overall build something to enhance what we're already doing at YarpBot.
