i've saved hundreds of X bookmarks i never look at again. so i built xmark: ask questions across all of them, get answers cited back to the exact posts.

Love how the chat interface feels right at home with the bookmark list instead of a separate page. Makes the whole thing feel like one seamless tool.

that was the design call i went back and forth on most. a separate chat page would've been easier to build, but keeping it next to the list is what makes it feel like one thing rather than two. thanks for noticing.

Love how cleanly it just pulls in your x bookmarks without any setup fuss, and the chat interface feels surprisingly natural for digging back into old saves.

thanks! the no-setup part took the most work, ironically. connect x, it pulls everything, you start asking. anything you had to configure first is a place to lose people.

How does the AI handle threads with really long reply chains, and is there a limit on how many bookmarks it can process at once?

hey Şahin! right now it indexes the bookmarked post plus its immediate context (the quoted tweet, or the post it's replying to), and long-form posts get captured whole. it doesn't walk the full reply chain yet. that's top of my list, since a bookmarked tweet 5 of 20 is missing most of what made it worth saving.

on volume: no cap. it pages through your whole library in chunks and picks up where it left off, so a few thousand just takes a couple of passes instead of failing.

Finally a use for my chaotic bookmarks folder. Asked it to surface old design threads from last year and it actually pulled them up clean.

that's the exact case i built it for. old design threads are where bookmarks fail worst: you know you saved it, you just can't find it again. glad it came back clean.
