Every 24 hours, you get a new destination, unique cultural trivia, and challenges to unlock beautiful digital stamps. @worldly_app Answering your feature question with a vote against one: hold off on leaderboards.

The product here is the quiet daily ritual, and rankings turn rituals into competitions, which burns out casual explorers fast.

The feature I'd ship first is streak insurance, one missed day shouldn't reset the passport. Duolingo's data on this is unambiguous: forgiveness retains better than pressure.
