Hi Product Hunt! I build SourceBento. WorkBento brings employee records, leave, attendance, payroll, recruitment, projects, and CRM into a workspace you can host and customize. One design concern is what an assistant is allowed to see. WorkBento’s optional assistant uses role/workspace permissions and read-only queries; being read-only alone would not be enough to protect HR data. This is a commercial Python + React source package with Docker deployment, not a hosted subscription or a guarantee of payroll compliance in every country. Buyers configure hosting, optional AI services, and local payroll rules.
