Wolfcha is a single-player Werewolf (Mafia) game where every other seat is an AI character powered by different LLMs. Play your role, debate, and vote — or enable Spectator Mode and just watch the models compete. After the game, reveal which model was behind each character and compare their reasoning styles.

We built Wolfcha because getting 8–12 friends together for Werewolf is hard, but the fun part (deduction + bluffing + table talk) is still addictive. Wolfcha lets you play Werewolf anytime: every other player is AI, and each seat can be powered by a different LLM — so it’s also an “AI model arena”. You can play normally, or turn on Spectator Mode to watch AI vs AI. We’d love feedback on: 1) Which moments feel most “human” vs “model-like”? 2) What features would make this streamable/shareable? 3) What models should we add next? Thanks for checking it out!
