Whimsical is one of the best and most complete solutions out there. Besides Mind Maps, you can create beautiful wireframes and user flow charts in no time, download it, and easily share with friends - and it's free. Highly recommended to try it out.

Super thought throug UX, slick and smooth UI. Stable, fast and simply fun to work with.
