Which Apple Watch complications do you use the most? ⌚

by

If you use an Apple Watch, let’s talk about the complications we actually use every day.

I’ll start with the one I check the most.
For me, it’s the Day and Night complication from Weather mini.

As a designer, I often work late into the night. At some point, I always want to know:
How long until sunrise?
How much night is left?

When I wake up, I check again.
How much daylight do I still have today?
Will I get a chance to enjoy some sunlight?

Sunlight matters to me. It’s good for the eyes and the body.

This is genuinely one of the complications I check every single day.

If you’re a night owl like me, I hope this complication helps you as well 🌙
I recently built this complication for myself, and ended up sharing it with others too.
If you’re curious, it’s part of Weather mini for Watch.

Feel free to share your must-have Apple Watch complications too.

And yes, Timer is another daily essential for me ⏱️

@kailuo Nice picks.

The weather doesn’t scream for attention, but it’s so handy if I’m heading out for a run or planning an outdoor lunch, that mini forecast is priceless.

@maya_boothman That’s so true. Complications really shine on Apple Watch when you need information quickly and without distraction.

The built-in weather is great, but some of the third-party ones like Carrot add a little personality or detail makes checking the weather feel less boring.

@mathews_simons Agreed. Apple Watch needs more interesting, thoughtfully designed apps.

I made a large complication for my ADHD calendar app (www.weelplanner.app) that uses the X-Large watchface, so it becomes a whole different watchface. Haven’t seen many others for that slot, anyone know of any useful ones?

@spongefile Big complications need real information and yours works great.
