What’s new in WatheeqaHR: attendance review before payroll

A missing clock out tells you something needs checking. It does not tell you someone was absent.

I’m Kanaan, the founder of WatheeqaHR. Since our first launch, I’ve been working on making that distinction easier for HR teams to handle before payroll.

Here is what you can try now:

• Free Attendance Analyzer: upload an original Excel or CSV export, set your working hours and review worked hours, lateness and missing punches. There is a sample file if you want to try it without using employee data.

• Optional Windows connector: bring attendance records from compatible biometric devices into WatheeqaHR. Compatibility depends on the device and connection method.

• Companies and company groups: separate company records, assigned access and a consolidated dashboard, with Arabic and English interfaces for teams across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

The full platform connects attendance review, leave, employee documents and payroll preparation. UAE WPS SIF files are generated for customers to submit through their own bank or exchange house. We do not transfer salaries or submit statutory filings.
