What should an AI agent be allowed to buy—and who decides?

AI agents are becoming capable of finding products and initiating purchases—but payment capability does not equal permission.

I built Warrant to explore the missing authorization layer for agentic commerce.

A human writes a spending policy in plain English, reviews the compiled clauses, and confirms it. Every proposed purchase then receives a deterministic ALLOW, ESCALATE, or DENY decision, citing the clause that governed it.

Only allowed or human-approved actions proceed to the payment flow.
