Why am I building another contractor software management system

In short, I have been a contractor myself for +10 years. I have used all types of software management tools. I have used the simple Google Sheets with my team to the more "involved" web applications such as notion, Monday.com and others. What I realized is that all required so much data entry. I have to follow up with the team to make sure everyone is actually using the platform! Most tools created an additional replica of the existing information. Eventually everyone ended up not using the tools.
With VORA it's different. It's being built for small contractor trades of 1-15 only. It is designed to minimize data entry. VORA does not sit and wait for instructions. It is pro-active. It does all the office work and informs the team members to take decisions. It focuses on the project delivery and flags bottle necks. It keeps the team aligned on the tasks that are needed for TODAY only. It is also allow the trade's owner aware of where the company is heading in terms of the ongoing projects, the company's financial health, and the new opportunities.
It's not another overwhelming software you have to train the team to use. It's not another another data entry software you have to feed. VORA is built to actually move your work for you and keep you focused on what matters on site.
