VoiceOI - Voice agents without the LLM bill

What inspired me to build this? I was talking to a BPO owner running 500 concurrent voice bots. His monthly bill? Around $75,000. Just for the AI calls, not even his infrastructure. That number made me sick. Most voice agent platforms charge $0.05-$0.15 per minute because they're burning tokens on every sentence. I knew there had to be a smarter way. What problem was I trying to solve? The hidden cost of LLMs kills voice AI at scale. Every "intelligent" conversation comes with a per‑minute tax. For call centers, outreach teams, and support bots, that turns a helpful tool into an unprofitable one. I wanted to give some freewill to BPO owners so they can build their own Voice Agents in minutes and connect them with any dialer, voice agents that work without that tax, same intelligence, 96% lower cost. How did I approach or process evolve while working on this launch? We started by trying to optimize LLM calls, caching, smaller models, prompt compression. But the math never worked. So we flipped the model entirely: logic‑based agents with zero LLM dependency for most conversations, and optional BYO keys for the few times you actually need generative AI.
