Voice Note Pro started as a selfish project. I was frustrated that I couldn’t quickly capture ideas and turn them into something actionable without juggling five different apps. I wanted a single place where I could speak a thought, or type it when I was in public and couldn’t talk, and have that instantly become a reminder, a calendar entry, or a task without any extra friction. I looked for an app that could do exactly this: fast voice or text capture, automatic reminders and calendar creation, and a simple kanban-style flow to move tasks from backlog, to in progress, to done. Nothing matched the way my brain worked. Everything was either too heavy, too complex, or just not built around quick capture first. So I built what I needed. Over time, Voice Note Pro grew with my own daily use. Each annoyance in my day turned into a feature: better organization of thoughts, smarter handling of todos, more flexible reminders, cleaner workflow for tasks. The app slowly evolved from a personal tool into a focused productivity system that helps me capture, structure, and execute on my ideas, and it has had a huge impact on my own productivity.
