I kept a notes app full of words I'd looked up and promptly forgot. So I built something to fix that for myself.
It's a Telegram bot: you send it a word, it enriches it with a definition and examples, and then sends you spaced repetition quizzes automatically over time. Works for (m)any language(s). Nothing to install.
The vocabulary bot that learns from your life, not a textbook.
Most vocab apps hand you a list of words someone else picked. Vocabella flips that: you bring the words you actually encountered — in a book, an article, a conversation — and the bot handles the rest.
Drop a word into Telegram. The bot instantly enriches and stores in your personal vocabulary corpus. Then it quizzes you back using spaced repetition — right when you're about to forget.
