For longer narratives or episodic content, Vivago handles scalability by shifting the heavy lifting to the pre-production phase. Instead of treating each scene as an isolated generation, our system allows creators to establish and 'lock in' core character references, environments, and story arcs upfront. This ensures that the downstream multi-scene pipeline has a unified anchor to prevent character drift.
That being said, scaling this across massive, multi-episode arcs perfectly is an ongoing journey. We are continuously refining our character preservation algorithms based on feedback from creators like you.
