Boxvy - Turn your desktop into a productivity workspace
by•
Instead of your workflow being scattered across folders, browsers, and apps, Boxvy brings everything you use daily into one organized, visual, and fast-access workspace.
Boxvy is a powerful productivity tool for Windows and Mac that transforms your desktop into a dynamic workspace. You can add customizable content such as notes, timers, shortcuts, browser views, and more, directly to your desktop, movable bubbles, or to your status bar, helping to stay organized and boost your productivity.

Finally gave the desktop bubbles a shot and the shortcuts panel actually saved me from digging through folders for a dozen clicks. Nice to see something that feels lightweight instead of another bloated workspace suite.
@cihan8qim That's exactly the experience I wanted to create with Boxvy, making the things you use most available instantly without adding unnecessary complexity.
The goal was never to build another heavy workspace suite, but rather a lightweight layer that enhances your existing desktop and helps you access your tools, files, webs, and information faster.
I'm really glad the desktop bubbles and shortcuts panel are helping improve your workflow. If you have any ideas or features that would make Boxvy even more useful, I'd love to hear them. Thanks for trying it out and sharing your feedback!
A sync option between desktop and mobile would be really useful so I can check my pinned notes and timers when I'm away from my computer. Right now it feels tied to the device, and being able to access the same bubbles from my phone would make it stick for me.
@enverkizlewftp Thanks for the suggestion! That's a great idea and definitely something I've been thinking about.
I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Feedback like this helps prioritize what to build next. If you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them. And if you're enjoying Boxvy so far, sharing it with others or mentioning it in any communities you're part of would really help. Thank you for your support!
The status bar shortcuts are genuinely useful on my Mac, feels snappy and doesn't get in the way like other widgets I've tried.

Thank you! I'm really glad to hear that.
The goal was to make Boxvy feel like a natural extension of your desktop, fast, lightweight, and always within reach without getting in the way. It's great to know the status bar shortcuts are working well for you.
If you have any ideas or features that would make them even more useful, I'd love to hear them. And if you're enjoying Boxvy, sharing it with friends or mentioning it in any communities you're part of would really help. Every bit of feedback and support helps make Boxvy even better!
